专利说明:
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The object of the present invention is to provide a frame device which is so constructed that this extra work is reduced to a minimum. This object is achieved with a frame device, which is of the type indicated in the introduction and is characterized in that the upper frame element has a vertical flange, which has a visible side and a hidden side, and a support member which is arranged on the hidden side of the vertical flange. wherein a support element extending parallel to the upper frame element and provided with hooking means, which is arranged to support said curtain device, can be releasably hooked onto the upper frame element. With a frame device constructed in this way, a support element, which is arranged to support a curtain device, can easily be hooked onto the support member after the mounting of the frame device without the need for fittings or tools. The support members of the upper frame element and the support element are thus arranged to be brought into engagement with each other for retaining a curtain device supported by the support element. The frame device allows very simple mounting of a curtain device because the support element can easily be hooked onto the support member. The curtain device can thus be transported as a separate part and easily attached to the frame device after the frame device has been mounted on a balcony. The curtain device can be hooked onto the support member in connection with the mounting of the frame device or at a later time. Since the support member is arranged on the hidden side of the vertical flange, and thus faces a glass sheet supported by the frame device, it is not visible from inside the balcony. The support member is thus "hidden", which is advantageous since the frame device is thus prepared for attachment of a curtain device without the bracket affecting the visual impression of the frame device in a negative manner. This is particularly advantageous when the frame device is mounted on a first occasion without a curtain device and a curtain device is attached to the support member at a later time. The support member preferably forms an integral part of said flange. Thereby a frame device with integrated bracket is obtained for mounting a curtain device, which frame device has few parts and can be designed in an efficient manner in connection with the upper frame element being manufactured. Furthermore, a very robust and stable attachment of the curtain device is allowed. In one embodiment, said support means comprises two L-shaped portions. In one embodiment, said support element has a hook member with which it can be hooked onto the support member, which hook means comprises a first and a second portion for retaining engagement with the vertical flange and the respective L-shaped portions of the support member. Preferably, one of said portions of said hook member has a sloping edge to further facilitate mounting of a curtain device. Furthermore, a relatively tight fit can be allowed. Brief Description of the Drawings The invention will now be described in more detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. Fig. 1 is a front view showing a built-in balcony, provided with a frame device according to the present invention. Fig. 2 shows the balcony from the right in Fig. 1 and with the frame side elements of the frame device removed. Fig. 3a shows a portion of Fig. 2 on a larger scale, a curtain device being shown in an unassembled position. Figures 3b-d show the frame device and a curtain device in different positions during assembly of the curtain device. Description of a preferred embodiment The balcony shown in the drawings has a horizontal balcony slab 1 and a horizontal roof slab 2 located directly above it, which here constitutes a balcony slab in an upper balcony. The balcony slab 1 can correspondingly form a roof slab in a lower balcony. The two slabs 1 and 2 are concrete or steel slabs, which are conventionally attached to a house wall (not shown). A plurality of L-shaped holding elements 3, which have a horizontal leg 3a and a vertical leg 3b, are fixedly spaced on the front edge surface 4 of the roof plate 2 and side edge surfaces 5 by means of bolts 6. The vertical leg of the holding elements 3 3b abut against the respective edge surface 4, 5, and their horizontal leg 3a projects therefrom at the lower end of the vertical leg 3b. The bolts 6 extend through an elongate hole 7 in the respective vertical leg 3b, which allows a certain adjustment of the height position of the horizontal leg 3a. A plurality of L-shaped support elements 8, which have a horizontal leg 8a and a vertical leg 8b, are mutually spaced on both the front edge surface 4 and 9 of the roof plate 2 and the balcony plate 1 and side edge surfaces 5 and 10, respectively, by means of bolts 11. The support elements 8 vertical leg 8b abuts the respective edge surface 4, 5, 9, 10, and their horizontal leg 8a projects therefrom at the upper end of the vertical leg 8b. The bolts 11 extend through an elongate hole 12 in the respective vertical leg 8b, which allows a certain adjustment of the height position of the horizontal leg 8a. Each support element 8 has on its horizontal leg 8a a ridge profile piece 13, which extends parallel to the respective edge surface 4, 5, 9, 10. The ridge profile piece 13 is attached to the support element 8 by means of a bolt joint 14, which extends through an elongate hole (not shown). ) in the horizontal leg 8a, which allows a certain adjustment of the distance of the ridge profile piece 13 from the respective edge surface 4, 5, 9, 10. The balcony is built-in and has at its front a fixed lower wall panel 15 of sheet metal and three relatively horizontally displaceable glass panels 16, 16 ', 16 ". The wall panel 15 and the glass panels 16, 16 ', 16 "are mounted in a frame device according to the invention, which has an upper horizontal profile element 17, a lower horizontal profile element 18 and an intermediate horizontal profile element 19. The wall panel 15 is mounted between the lower profile element 18 and the intermediate profile element 19. The glass sheets 16, 16 ', 16 "are mounted in a known manner between the upper profile element 17 and the intermediate profile element 19 and are displaceable relative to each other. The profile elements 17, 18, 19 are suitably made of aluminum. The drawings show a corresponding lower profile element 18 'in a frame device at the upper balcony. The two lower profile elements 18 and 18 'are the same. The lower profile element 18 (18 ') has a longitudinal groove 20 (20') at its underside and a vertically downwardly projecting outer end 21 (21 ') at its front side. The frame device rests on the lower support elements 8 with its lower profile element 18. The ridge profile piece 13 of each support element 8 is hereby placed in the groove 20 of the lower profile element 18. The lower profile element 18 abuts the front edge surface 9 of the balcony plate 1 via a sealing strip 23. The frame device at the upper balcony is supported in the same way by the upper support elements 8, the lower profile element 18 'supporting against the front edge surface 4 of the roof plate 2 via a sealing strip 23'. The upper profile element 17 of the frame device abuts from below against the horizontal leg 3a of the holding elements 3 and is fastened thereto by means of bolted joints 24, which extend through an elongate hole (not shown) in the respective leg 3a. This allows a certain adjustment of the distance of the upper profile element 17 from the respective edge surface 4, 5 of the roof plate 2. When a balcony is built in, the support elements 8 and the holding elements 3 are first attached to the balcony plate 1 and the roof plate 2 in the manner described above. The frame device is placed on the lower support elements 8 so that their ridge profile pieces 13 are received in the groove 20 in the lower profile element 18. Thereafter the upper profile element 17 is attached to the holding elements 3 by means of screw connections 24. Any dimensional and lateral dimensional tolerances can be accommodated adjust the position of both the holding elements 3 and the support elements 8 vertically and to adapt the position of the bolt joints 14 and 24 laterally. The upper frame element 17 has at its one side edge a vertical flange 40, which has a visible side 41 and a hidden side 42. The visible side 41 of the vertical flange 40, i.e. the side facing inwards, towards the housing wall (not shown) is flat . The hidden side of the vertical flange 40, i.e. the side facing away from the housing wall, has a support member 43. The support member 43 is thus turned towards the glass sheets 16, 16 ', 16' supported by the frame device. The support member 43 comprises a lower 44 and an upper 45 L-shaped flange, which are arranged so that a support element 31 extending parallel to the upper frame element 17, in the form of a profile element, can be releasably hooked onto the upper horizontal frame element 17. The flange 40 together with the support member 43 forms a support device 46, in the form of a longitudinal bracket, which has a substantially C-shaped cross section. The bracket 46, which forms an integral part of the upper profile element 17, thus has a web, in the form of the vertical flange 40, and a flange 44, 45 formed at its respective edge, towards the middle portion of the web. Each of the two flanges 44, 45 have a substantially L-shaped cross-section and extend at a right angle from the web 40 so that the edges of the flanges 44, 45 point towards each other. The vertical flange 40 thus forms together with the support member 43 an integrated support device 46, in the form of an integrated bracket, for supporting the support element 31. The upper profile element 17 supports the support element 31 extending parallel thereto. The support element 31 has at its one side edge a longitudinal hook member 47 with which it has been hooked onto the support device 46 of the upper profile element 17. The hook member 47 comprises a lower portion 48 and an upper portion 49 for retaining engagement with the web 40 of the bracket 46 and its respective flange 44, 45. The upper portion 49 of the hook member 47 has oblique edge 50, which facilitates hooking of the support element 31 on the support device 46. The support element 31 carries a curtain device intended for the balcony, which in this case consists of a roller blind device 35, which is fastened between two end pieces 36 attached to the support element 31, one of which for reasons of clarity has been removed in Figs. 2-3. Once the frame device has been mounted on the balcony, one can simply by simply hooking the support element 31 onto the support device 46 very quickly and easily bring the roller blind device 35 into place without the aid of tools, whereby it is ready for immediate use. When a curtain device 35 is to be mounted, the support element 31 is first moved, slightly angled, towards the hidden side 42 of the vertical flange 40 so that the hook 47 of the support element 31 is partially inserted into the C-shaped bracket 46, as illustrated by the arrow A in Figs. 3b. Thereafter, the support member 31 is angled so that the hook member 47 is fully inserted into the bracket 46, as illustrated by the arrow B in Fig. 3c. Finally, the support element 31 is moved downwards until the lower part 48 of the hook member 47 abuts against the lower L-shaped flange 44 of the support device 46, which is illustrated by the arrow C in Fig. 3d. The frame device thus allows very simple attachment of a curtain device 35 since the support element 31 can be hooked without the need for fittings or tools. It will be appreciated that many variants of the above-described embodiment are possible within the scope of the appended claims. In the frame device described with reference to Fig. 2, the support member 43 comprises two L-shaped flanges 44, 45 for receiving a hook member 47 arranged on the support element 31 which is T-shaped. In an alternative embodiment, the support means of the upper profile element comprises a T-shaped support means. In this embodiment, the hook means of the support element are preferably C-shaped.
